If you cancel within the free cancellation period, we can credit your deposit for the next booking. If, however, you desire the refund of the deposit, an administration fee of 25€ (EU countries) and 35€ (non-EU countries) will be charged. Please note: A refund can only be made, if you booked directly with the hotel. To avoid financial losses due to a cancellation we recommend to take out a travel insurance covering cancellation fees. Our partner is the Europäische Reiseversicherung. With the confirmation of the reservation, you accept our terms of booking and cancellation.

Yes, we offer guided hikes and e-bike tours from Monday to Friday. Our most popular experiences include the Drei Zinnen circular hike and the breakfast at Lake Pragser Wildsee.

Our location offers excellent conditions for your skiing adventure at Kronplatz. The ski lifts are only 700 metres from the hotel and are easily accessible via our ski shuttle service. A free cross-country ski trail runs directly in front of the hotel. The surrounding area also offers sledding, ice skating, snowshoeing and ski touring.

Yes, there is a free shuttle service to the ski lifts at Kronplatz, as well as a pick-up and drop-off service to Bruneck train station for arriving and departing guests.

Yes, the Südtirol Guest Pass is included in the price. The pass is sent to guests by e-mail and can be printed at the reception upon request.
