Fruity, fresh, crispy and full of flavour – the fruit and vegetables we use, are often taken straight from the bush or tree, to preserve their full taste. Dried, cooked or pickled we preserve the fine aromas for the cold winter days.

Design meets South Tyrolean soul. With our new bar, Joachim and Daniel Rubner have created a space that blends a global mindset with our local heritage. The design? Inspired by travels, yet deeply rooted in Reischach. As a true wine aficionado, Daniel didn't just help plan the design—he also curated our new centerpiece: a phenomenal wine cabinet that leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy the best of the world – interpreted within our very own regional context.
