Nordic Walking is a gentle whole body training which affects the health and the capability positively under many aspects. Have a completely new body feeling and enjoy the nature of its most beautiful side at the new one Nature fitness park Kronplatz - Dolomiti. The attractive week program for beginners and epicures includes the following offer:

 
Every Monday - Nordic- Walking - introductory course


Nordic - Walking - course for beginners: under instruction of a tested companion. At the new Fitness.Sport.Park (label rounding course) have a new and very healthy event with that the whole body musculature is required.

Unit: approx. two hours
Meeting point: at 4 p.m. at the sport park in Reischach (bar Reiterstube)

 
Every Tuesday - Nordic Walking - pre-intermediate course (in Pfalzen)
 

The arm movements intensify your breathing and consequently the absorption of oxygen. Insufficient breathing techniques which often occur in other types of endurance sport can be avoided.


Unit: approx. two hours
Meeting point: at 4 p.m. at the Panorama sign Issinger Lake .

 
Every Wednesday - Nordic- Walking – intermediate course
 
In this course you will improve your Nordic Walking techniques which you will have been taught the day before. You will get to know the diversity and professionalism which this type of sport has to offer!

Unit: about three hours
Meeting point: at 9.30 a.m. at the Nordic Walking Park Start at the valley station in Reischach
 
Every Thursday - Wellness - Nordic Walking Day
 

Since Nordic Walking is a healthy type of sport this tour will deal with the healthy side of our alpine region. On your way you will practice “kneippism” ,to push your circulation and experience many other treatments.


Unit: about six hours

Meeting point: at 9.30 a.m. at the Nordic Walking Park Start at the valley station in Reischach
Return: at about 4.30 p.m.

 
Every Friday - Nordic Walking – the healthy sport - advanced course(in Pfalzen)
 

You should already be familiar with Nordic Walking if you want to participate at this course. The coach will concentrate more on the individual needs of the participants rather than giving an introduction of the technique. Therefore, he will give you more information on how to work out efficiently to lose weight, to tighten your muscles or to build up endurance.
Since Nordic Walking is a healthy type of sport, also relaxation exercises are practiced in the great outdoors.
 

Unit: about three hours
Meeting point: at 10 p.m. at the sport fields in Pfalzen

 
The unit includes the carboniferous sticks and pulse rate measure.
 
It's necessary to register the day before (except monday) within 5 p.m. in the tourist office.
